Rangers reject bid for van Bronckhorst

Glasgow Rangers have rejected a £6 million bid from Atletico Madrid for Dutch international Giovanni van Bronckhorst.

The player has also interested SS Lazio and they may bid in the summer but for now the midfielder stays with the Scottish champions. Rangers do not want to sell van Bronckhorst and value him at twice the bid received today from Atletico.
