French side Nantes agreed a six-month loan deal with English Premiership outfit Bolton for striker Pierre-Yves Andre.
The 28-year-old, who has only started two league matches for Nantes this season, had also been the target by French rivals Lille.
Last year, he turned down an approach from Sunderland - but at Bolton he would join a growing French contingent which includes Youri Djorkaeff, Bruno N'Gotty and Bernard Mendy.
