First Published: Oct 30, 2003

Eintracht Frankfurt defender Jean-Clotaire Tsoumou-Madza was found guilty of sexual harassing a teenager and sentenced to six months in prison and handed a 10,000-euro-fine.

The 28-year-old from the Congo was sentenced Thursday at a court in Offenbach, close to Frankfurt, where he apologised to the 19-year-old girl concerned.

The incident took place in a rehabilitation centre in Frankfurt with the teenage girl reporting that Tsoumou-Madza had groped her against her wishes.

Tsoumou-Madza joined Frankfurt in the close season of 2002 but had yet to play for the Bundesliga club.
