Inter Milan's Alvaro Recoba celebrates after scoring against Lazio during their Serie A match in May 2007. Inter have loaned Recoba to Torino for the forthcoming season.
Uruguayan international striker Alvaro Recoba has been loaned by Inter Milan to Torino for the season, Inter announced Friday.
Recoba, who has been at the club since 1997 and played 261 matches for Inter, played only 13 matches last season due to injury and falling down the pecking order.
It appears he has now become surplus to requirements with Inter also boasting the talents of Sweden's Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Brazilian Adriano and Argentine pair Julio Cruz and Hernan Crespo.
