The US needed an injury time winner at the end of the game to draw 1-1 with Tunisia in Birmingham Alabama.
Ben Olsen scored in the 92nd minute after Tunisia failed to clear a corner that was deflected into Olsen's feet. He fired the ball past a stationary Chokri El Ouaer in the visitors goal to sneak a draw.
Olsen's kick was the last action in the game and the ended the first trip to the US by a Tunisian repreesentative team.
The US deserved to be level as Tunisia only threatened one other chance of scoring during the second half and Maher Kanzari took the goal well in the 78th minute after being put clear on goal by Ali Zitouni.
Jason Kreis had fluffed a one-on-one chance early in the second half when Ouaer made a comfortable save. Ouaer saved well from a Brian McBride save and tipped hard drive from Eddie Lewis around the post as the US mounted the pressure that saw Olsen cash in for the goal in the dying seconds.
