Fiorentina want to sign Pablo Garcia from Atletico

The Uruguayan international centre back is the latest star to be linked with a move away from Atletico as the relegated Madrid squad try to trim their wage bill after near bankruptcy last season.
Fiorentina want Garcia to fill in for injured Brazilian Amaral and has played for three season with Atletico.
A bid for Glasgow Rangers midfielder Giovanni Van Bronckhorst from the Florence club have failed but the Italians have now turned to Martin Del Campo as a possible addition to their squad.
Talks in Montevideo to sign the Uruguayan have already taken place between Fiorentina and the Nacional club of the Uruguayn capital for the 23 year old to sign and play in Serie A.
