England hit by Campbell injury

England defender Sol Campbell looks likely to miss the 2002 World Cup qualifier against Germany at Wembley next month.

The Tottenham star fell awkwardly in a Worthington Cup tie at Brentford after an aerial challenge and dislocated his right shoulder.

Tottenham manager George Graham says Campbell will definitely miss the October 7th tie - the last game to be played at the old Wembley stadium - and Campbell could be injured for the next month with the shoulder problem.
