Liverpool offer Parma £12 million for Sergio Conceicao

Liverpool are hoping to beat both Juventus and Inter to the signing of Portuguese international midfielder Sergio Conceicao.

The left-sided player left Lazio last year to join Parma as part of the £32 million sale of striker Hernan Crespo to the Roman club but is set to leave Parma after one season.

He has been in talks with Juventus and Inter but now Liverpool have made contact with Parma to sign the player for £12 million.
