Waseige could stay on as Belgium coach

Belgium coach Robert Waseige is to be offered a two year contract extension.

The 62 year old has an offer to return to Belgian club football with Standard after the World Cup finals but the Belgian FA want talks next week with waseige to extend his contract to take in the 2004 European Championships campaign which kicks off in August.Waseige replaced Georges Leekens in 1999
